The Chinese believe that three cups of this tea every day will reduce stress and act as an elixir for the skin; I believe it too!
To brew a perfect cup, put a heaped teaspoon of wild green tea into a mug and allow it to infuse for a few minutes. This amount of tea will be enough for 3-5 cups without any loss of flavour or anti oxidants.
